Chadwiki collects minimal data — limited to what's needed for technical troubleshooting and site performance improvements. This includes basic server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) which are standard for any web server.

No analytics trackers, no third-party scripts harvesting your behavior, no cookies following you around the internet.

{ CONTACT FORM }

The contact form on the About page is powered by Formspree. When you submit a message, your name, email, and message content are sent to Formspree's servers and forwarded to chadwiki. We don't store this data beyond the email itself. Formspree's own privacy policy governs their handling of the submission.

{ SEARCH }

Site search is powered by Pagefind, which runs entirely in your browser. Search queries never leave your device — there's no server-side logging of what you search for.

{ HOSTING & OWNERSHIP }

This site is built with Astro and self-hosted. All content, code, and infrastructure are owned and operated by chadwiki. There is no Wix, no Squarespace, no platform middleman. This is part of a deliberate choice to own the stack, own the data, and answer to no one but the people who visit.

{ YOUR RIGHTS }

If you've submitted information through the contact form and want it deleted, just reach out via the contact form or email and it's done. No hoops, no dark patterns, no 30-day waiting periods.
